If you want a beautiful landscape and a wonderful experience getting there, hire Koch & Associates!
After finishing my ADU, we had a front and back yard that consisted entirely of dirt.  And weeds.  And an old, cracked concrete patio.  Our  ADU was built at grade (for the back half of the property) while the front house was almost a foot higher, so in addition to wanting a beautiful landscape, we also needed someone with the technical skills to address the grading issue.
The final result is a gorgeous landscape, driveway, paths, a firepit, a fountain, and loads of plants.  We highly recommend Koch & Associates and would give them 10 stars if we could!
