If you want a beautiful landscape and a wonderful experience getting there, hire Koch & Associates!
After finishing my ADU, we had a front and back yard that consisted entirely of dirt.  And weeds.  And an old, cracked concrete patio.  Our  ADU was built at grade (for the back half of the property) while the front house was almost a foot higher, so in addition to wanting a beautiful landscape, we also needed someone with the technical skills to address the grading issue.
The final result is a gorgeous landscape, driveway, paths, a firepit, a fountain, and loads of plants.  We highly recommend Koch & Associates and would give them 10 stars if we could!

Koch & Associates did a great job for us. They were very helpful during the design process and created the attractive and low maintenance yard that we wanted. The hard working crew was efficient and did good work on everything from demolition, to grading and drainage, to concrete work, fencing, lighting and all the final landscaping.
They started on the day that they said they would start, and finished on the day they said they would finish. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.

We are super pleased with the work, communications, design and professionalism of everyone at Koch & Associates. We did a complete redesign and remodel of our front and back yard. All of the stone work is fabulous. They put in a new irrigation and lighting systems. Plants and trees fit our yard perfectly. if you are looking to get your yard done, give them a call!
